Why is it that I only have 12 moves on level 1469?

I am on level 1469 of candy crush saga. I have to break 30 jelly’s with only 12 moves???? This can not be right? Who do I need to contact?

1469. 12 moves, REALLY????. Think its time to stop these games now.  The enjoyment has gone and all in the hope we spend money for extras

Hi @cornishmaid and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 The studio is always monitoring the players' experience with levels. If they are too easy or too hard for them, they might tweak it a bit. Here are some tips and the video for this level so you can watch it and find the best approach.

I hope this will help you. If not, I strongly recommend taking a break for a day or two to clear your mind. It helped me numerous times to finish the level once I come back to the game.
