Laura from King responded saying my problems would be taken care of. but it has not.. I still show 12 moves instead of 50 to remove 9 jellies... so please fix this
Sorry about that Linda. I had to take some personal time off from King Care to take care of some things. I found out that King has been changing the levels and tweaking them, and all I can do is pass this on as feedback, which I will gladly do for you. The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Why did you just remove the music event from the app?? I had 18 more hours to complete and was on my last 3 laps and it just disappeared. I spent so much time and boosters just so you can do whatever you want? You’re not doing these events fairly
As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?
