Candy crush 3847 - invisible licorice

Question

On this level, when I clear the licorice from the top level and try to use a stripe, at least half of the time the stripe doesn’t go through. It presents like there is a licorice in the way when there isn’t. Makes it difficult to complete the level when you can’t get past these invisible licorice bundles! Can you please fix the problem so I can continue. Thank you!

I just passed it by going back to level 3246 (easy level), getting the colour bomb helmet, and matching it on the first move with a colourbomb booster.

Thanks for trying to help Elsa.  I'm guessing you might have a different version or something than I do.  I can not open the link to the youtube video so I can't confirm it.  I ended up passing it by using a bunch of boosters since I've been playing it for days, including times with unlimited lives and it kept happening which was too frustrating.  I truly think there is a glitch, at least in mine, Dawn's and Kevin's versions.

Video not available. It must be a glitch because the layers absolutely do not clear when they should. Level is impossible to pass at the moment.
