think its time to delete the game because one i dont get answers and two no solutions

Hi Ellen, any game can have issues because no one is perfect nor is there ever a perfect game. If you know anything about computer programming you will understand that there could be a glitch on one thing and a change is made but that change might affect the coding for something else. So these programmers have to go into the coding and find how the best coding to fix it.
With regards to reading replies, I just went into your account and you posted 2 previous messages and I answered them. This sugar drop challenge freeze was reported to the studio this morning and we are all waiting for a resolution.
