I was finally able to get into game once. All of my lives are gone. I had 82, now it is 0. Please replace all my lives.

Not only are ALL my 82 lives gone. I have asked friends for them and they are not getting my request. Please, please fix this. My friends are not getting the lives that I send them either. What's up with that?
