Why is it that you can't get any ingame support?

I've asked 3 times why do I keep losing my sent plays from friends when I try to get 5 it takes away anywhere from 10 to 15 free plays. I was asked what version are you playing? How about telling me where to find the version? I play on a PC. Also, every time I but in a question it seems that I can't make any progress after. Are you fixing the game on me because I asked a question?

Something happened with the messages when they integrated the old system into this new community so your message just showed up today. Please don't hesitate to contact us again because now we are on top of all new messages.

If you play the game on a computer with a browser then it's automatically updated for you. No it's not being jinxed when you ask a question here. Please don't hesitate to ask more questions or just come here and make new friends by responding to other questions in the community.

Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Can't log in through Facebook on new device, can't reconnect to Facebook on old device
As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?

what happened to the music event? I completed my last but one tape and did not get it. I had only one more tape to go. This is very frustrating and might be my last time playing candy crush

why did the music event disappear to early? I only had 1 tape left to get the reward and you removed the event several hours too early than what the countdown had said previously! Sucks when I’ve spent so much time and boosters to complete it
