I have lost levels.... over 500 of them on Candy Crush Saga

I'm playing Candy Crush Saga and was at about level 3100...definitely above 3000.

However, now I'm back at 2600. Help me please.Additional info: I have played in the past on my home computer and my cell phone and my work computer. My Work computer and cell/home computer weren't syncing well. So, I only used my work computer to play.Today, it put me back at 2600 so it's the same as home computer and cell phone. It also seems to have a different look and feel.It would be great to have all 3 synced up together.

Please follow the steps on this link:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back.  If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink.  Click on it and complete the contact form.  They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.
