I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.
On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app. It'll say the version you are running under the name.
On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name.
On Windows 10, Go to the Settings > click on the game > click on Advanced settings, then you will see what version you have.
I have the same problem over here
Here is the things I have tried and failed!
- Reinstall App,
-Log in Another Account,
-Format Phone,
- Try new Internet Connection or Mobile Data Connection,
-Check permissions On FB,
-Try to connect game on PC( yes it works on pc , but not on mobile again)
Hi Gabada19, have you ever played the game through the Kingdom? I have given up playing any of the games through Facebook because there are always glitches. If you haven't tried the Kingdom yet, I suggest that you do and then you might be able to play it until Facebook gets fixed.
