I used a flying saucer to take out the remaining 5 jellies and the saucer did not go inside the candy cane to take them out. I ended up having to use my remaining 10 gold bars and a hand to complete this level that doesn't have enough moves to remove wafers and jellies. I tried this level using many add one to no avail and reached a point that the saucer could have completed this level had it gone inside the candy cane. I would like 10 gold bars, a saucer, and a switch hand back please. I refuse to buy anything else with the addition of losing a life if the board is not good, lowering the piggy bank, and the lowering of the number of moves on boards. Thank you.

I should be reimbursed for it either way. The saucer didn't work as is intended. The coders should be told that the flying saucer is not choosing the jellies and is useless on this level. Had i known, I wouldn't have wasted it plus using 10 gold bars to get 5 more moves and a switch booster. I was so close to finishing that I didn't want to lose another life playing it over and over.

Hi Khaos, if any of those items were purchased then maybe you could ask them for a reimbursement.  However, if they were rewarded to you then King cannot reimburse you for them.
