For the last few days on my android and ipad when i get 1 hr like the egghatches

I go to the game and the booster isn't there. I've restarted both devices...no luck. What's up??? Also boosters won on the spin not always showing up. Both problems are new. Help please. Thank you

Hi Jeanne, Didi was reported with another glitch so that's why it didn't work for you. The studio is working on a fix.
