I’m stuck on Level 584. Not concerned with only 12 moves, but the bottom right striped

I am stuck on level 584. The bottom right conveyor belt candy comes out of the wrapper (without the party boost) and the upper left one doesn’t enter the conveyor (once dropped, after party boost), so there is no way to get all of the squares. Getting frustrated and ready to uninstall. Is this a glitch?
