Not receiving lives.

I received a message saying something happened with facebook the other day and some players lost their lives.  However this is three days later and still unable to receive lives sent by friends.  Is there any fix in the works for this?  I play on my pc on facebook using google.  Help!

    Same problem for 3 or 4 days now  Nothing going into my messages

    Same here no lives can be sent or received last few days.  Notification says you have them but they are not showing up.

    I have had the same problem since 1/2019 and my contact with King.com support has not been helpful at all!   Appears to me that they would correct this issue to keep their players happy.....guess NOT!!!!
