Lost gold bars I purchased.

Hello. I upgraded to a new phone and have lost all my gold bars (I bought 30 on 11/02/2018. I also lost my rewards, I have read I may not be able to get the rewards back but would like to get my gold bars back as I paid for them, I do have a receipt. It did keep my levels. Please advise. Thank you.

I’m unsure where to dispute to it, I got the purchase from iTunes but then when I upgraded to a new phone they were gone, so who would I contact?
