Why can't I send or receive lives from friends?

I've finished level 650 and cannot go any further. It's frustrating but there seems to be no answer so I'll not be bothering anymore

It's very bad. They should be up front about it instead of all this our tech experts are working on it which obviously was a load of rubbish. They weren't.

Friends list completely gone. Tried fixes suggested. How can I get them back?

I'm not stuck on a game but all my friends are gone so I can't send or receive lives, I have asked for help and never get any answers

MaryBL I never get an answer, just keeps telling me to go to King community and look for an answer, all I'm finding out is alot of people are having problems

With no support, i can only go on to other games and hope it wont to them as well. Thanks for your comments from all of my candy friends. I'll go on and play the other games and hope it wont happen again!
