NO LIVES IN CANDY CRUSH

I do not receive lives in candy crush... I know my friends send me, but when I go to the game, no lives!! It's about 2 weeks now. Someone can help me? Thank you. P.S. I've already wrote 2 e-mails to the Customer Care, they gave me some suggestions but the problem still exist.
