Daily rewards

I've played candy crush soda for years I've built up my daily rewards over the last 6 months without missing a day yet on Monday 12 November 2018 it sent me back to day one this has really annoyed me as like I said I e never missed a day in all that time can you explain why this has happened . Thank you Carol  Turner .X

Please follow the steps on this link:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back.  If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink.  Click on it and complete the contact form.  They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.
