Why can't I receive rewards or spin the wheel?

I am unable to receive rewards or spin the wheel for prizes or for extra lives when it is offered. I get an error message that says unable to connect. I try to connect via Facebook (which I have never had to do before) when it tells me to, but I am unable to.

Hi Caranne, I think there is another Facebook connection glitch.  Can you play the game through the Kingdom instead?  First let's try some troubleshooting.  Follow the steps on here:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/retrieving-your-game-on-an-apple-device

Then I would like you to please check if you have the latest version.

On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name.   It should be 1.138.0.
