Piggy bank purchased will not credit me the coins

I purchased my piggy bank, which was full, through google play. The charge is noted on my google account. Yet I am still unable to access the coins. If I tap on piggy bank (which still says full), it says "You have purchased this item already" Then "Oops somethjng went wrong". Want my account credited back or issue resolved.
