I don't get any lives from my friends

Question

I am not receiving any lives from my friends although they send them, why is this? Can you solve please? I play quite a lot but as it is i have to stop all the time because i don't have any extra lives. Very annoing :-(

Hi @Snapper903, Facebook had another glitch not too long ago and it affected the lives.  Last week there was also a glitch on trying to connect through Facebook so I don't know if they fixed either one of them yet.

@Inka_Schneider This is a glitch that has already been reported to the
studio.  I am going to ask you to please post a new message on a main
thread question that I created.  This is where you will be seeing updates
as the studio progresses with it.
