Bonuses will not increase

I recently got a new computer, running windows 7 and when I want to play Candy Crush Saga using my Facebook acct. it opens fine, in sync with my other devices. Only problem is when I pass a level it adds the points but it does not increase the bonuses.

Is this a setting issue, or did I do something wrong.

I am sorry but I am not familiar with that. You may wish to post this in the Candy Crush Saga Community  there is a better chance there that a member who plays that game can assist you. I will also request this post be moved there for you.

Hi @Swede1126 you are now in the correct community.  Are you referring to a challenge?  Which challenge?  Please give me more information so that I can find out what's going on with your game.
