Hello @Varb1960, and welcome to the community! Do you know of anyone else who may have accidentally used them? You should never lose gold bars unless you make a purchase. I will flag down one of the community Managers so he/she can replace your lost gold. However, you should be patient when awaiting a response because it is the weekend, and the managers won't be back in the office until Monday. Have a great evening!
