In this community, your fellow players can help you with some of the Questions!
After seeing your post, I just went back to the level & tried it again. I was able to win it in my 3rd trial with 3 stars, there were even 5 more moves left on the level.
The trick in this level is -- to clear the "Icing cake that looks like Stars". When we clear that, the pinata will clear some of the board. With removing the second cake icing, the Pinata will clear all the Jelly.
With regards to the moves, all the old videos has 24 moves in some levels of Candy Crush. But, those all are old videos and the levels has been changed since then. Please read this post by one of the Community Managers @QueenMia which will clear all the doubts
