Dynamic Duo Rewards

Hi! I love the Dynamic Duo and the rewards, however, the rewards always happen when all my lives are gone so I never really get the reward. Is there a way to change this please? Can I save the reward for the next time I have five lives? That would be lovely. Or!! Can the reward include some extra lives so you can use the reward right when you get it? Thanks for considering these ideas!
