Why is it  not picking up in my email?

    sorry lost all levels in thousands in Candy Crush it did not pick up from my email address

    Hi @Rose7, were you playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress on their server.  If you haven't then I suggest that you open an account with either one of them and I suggest that you use the Kingdom.  You can go to king.com and set up an account.  Please make sure to keep your email address and password safe and close by because sometimes players have reported that they changed one or the other and could not get back in.  So get an account going and then follow the directions from here to get your progress back.
