This level is impossible to beat with only 20 moves. Need some help please

Hi @maryaragnou, all these higher levels require you to use boosters.  Here is a tip from someone who is very good at writing tips.  I don't know how many moves she had when she did this.

It must be the same number of moves because I just found a larger version of her video and it is only showing 20 moves.
