Can't make a purchase??

I can't seem to make a purchase...it keep saying "your purchase could not be completed"  Can we use apple pay? and if not, why isn't it using the credit card I have on file in my apple i pad?

Hi @Tammy_Kory and @mestep, are you both still having this problem?  I made a purchase the other day for another King game and it didn't use my Apple Pay.  I must have connected a credit card with it because it came off my credit card.  I see @Tammy_Kory that you did try with the credit card.  Please both of you let me know if you managed to make the purchase or are still having the problem.
