I cannot purchase any boosters!?!

for some reason I cannot purchase any boosters. I’ve researched what could be the problem and looked on here only to find no help. I have an iPhone. Here’s a screenshot of what comes up after I put in my apple password. After that it says “no money was removed from your account.” Please help me. I’m down to one jelly on the level and need a lollipop hammer 😩

It is almost like apple only lets you make a certain amount of in app purchases a day but idk? I'm gonna give it a try again here soon. I was also having the same problem with my Bingo Blitz game the other day.
