Why didn't I get my full reward after I bought the "Beginners Bundle"

Hi. New here. I just bought the "Beginners Bundle" a few minutes ago and the only reason I bought it was for the free hour hour of play. However, I didn't get it. It still shows that I need to use my lives...even after I refreshed the game just in case. I'm EXTREMELY, disappointed and I'm hoping someone can help tho this doesn't seem to be the right forum to get help from those monitoring the game. But, again, I'm new in this. REALLY hoping to get this cleared up. Thanks!
