Sometimes apps are not compatible with devices due to the ages of the device. In an ever changing world, there are so many devices out there that the older they get and the more improved apps get, the older devices cannot cope.
However, some android devices work perfectly find until you restore your tablet or phone then find when you go to reinstall all your favourite games, that they say no longer compatible. Sometimes its because they have been updated, but some, its just because when you restored it, all your data was saved and replaced back onto your device, but you might not have done updates. So here are some things to try,
Firstly make sure your OS is updated to the latest update.
Go into the play store. Make sure all essential updates such as google play services are updated.
Then try this:
Stop all applications running in the background (square then bin icon)
Go to google play, your apps, apps not installed on this device. Delete the app you are having issues with by pressing x.
Go to Settings, Storage, clear cache.
Then go to Settings, Apps, Google Play services. Clear cache. Check for any other google play mentions and clear cache if possible.
Back to play store, search for the app again and see if it is showing as able to install.
If you still cannot, go back to Settings, Apps, then Google play and clear data as well as cache. Restart device, go back to try and install the app.
Hopefully if this is a play store error, this should now be fixed. If not, come back with the make/model of your device and we can investigate further.
