My cellphone was stolen and my CC number is on Google play. I have charges I don't recognize

Hi @jburns84 I believe within 120 days after your purchased you can claim your unauthorized purchased by contacting google play, try search google play help, I’m sure you can find the answer and how to claim your unauthorized purchased from there 😏

I did contact the Google play help and they said they are going to do an investigation and it will take up to 7 days. Some one has spent $1.162 on this game.  I have been at the hospital with my son who was born almost 4 months early and I have 2 other children. My son may not make it. For someone to do this to me is very sick. Thank you and I will keep you updated.

I’m really sorry about your son, please be strong, I really understand how upset you are toward someone who did it to you ( I’ll be in the same way ) and hopefully everything work out, and again please ... be strong
