Why has Level 1557 been cut from 35 to 20 moves?

It is not possible to clear chocolate and bring down four ingredients with only 20 moves.  Is this a financial thing to force us to buy boosters?

They test levels on certain amount of players and if it is too easy they might tweak it a little bit. Please follow the link below to read more about it.
