How long does it take for customer support to answer email?

It's been almost 2 days since I answered the automatic email, but I still didn't receive any help on my issue How long does it take to receive a reply?

hi @Engel999What are the rules that you were sending emails to ? go game setting > help center > contact us > Please describe the problem(tropics & sub tropics) >send .hopefully king must reply you within 24 hours

Hi @Sukanta_Biswas, yes I have first sent them email the way you explained and then answered an automatic email. It's just been more than 24 hours already
