No video button

When start each level, besides the PLAY  button, there should have another button next to it to play video to earn bouns booster.  However, my Candy Crash doesnr have this buttton to play the video.    Why?   I am using Andriod version mobile.
My version is 1.145.0.3.

    A MUST READ:

    The PURPLE PLAY BUTTON (WATCH A VIDEO TO GET A FREE BOOSTER) is NOT ALWAYS THERE. It USUALLY APPEARS after one GAME. If it doesn't, EXPLORE the THINGS in your GAME MAP particularly the BACKPACK of SWEET SUPPLIES; the WHEEL of POWER-UPS where you have the DAILY BOOSTER SPIN, the DYNAMIC DUO, and the TREAT CALENDAR; and lastly the GOLD CUP of FUN EVENTS like SPACE RACE, CANDY PET and BUILD-A-BOT. In MY EXPERIENCE, the 3 PLACES that will GIVE YOU THE PURPLE PLAY BUTTON are the DYNAMIC DUO, the CANDY PET and the BUILD-A-BOT. You will have to CLICK OPEN or PLAY ON EACH THESE 3 for the PLAY BUTTON to APPEAR. Once it is out, you can play ONE GAME AFTER THE OTHER for A CERTAIN AMOUNT of MINUTES IF YOU DON'T CLOSE the APP. If you CLOSE the APP and COME BACK, it WON'T BE THERE. Doing the same PROCEDURE MIGHT GIVE IT BACK TO YOU but when it doesn't that means you have EXHAUSTED the AMOUNT of TIME you can have this for the day.

    A Warm Welcome to the King Community, where you can seek Answers / Suggestions from your fellow players in any King Games' Sections :)

    With regards to your Question about "No Videos", there has been issue/glitch with this regard in the game.  Both the Community Managers and King Team are aware of it and trying their level best to clear it for all the players.  It's taking a long time because the issue is not the same for all players on their devices.  In some occasions, this issue occurs only for some players and not others even they are playing on same model device.

    **  A Note: If you happen to see a dialogue box from "King" asking for a Survey, please do participate in it.  They are asking for our feedback with regards to the "Videos" for free Boosters.  Please provide as much positive response as possible.

    How long we still have yo wait for solution from yojur side?
    Without this bonus, it is difficult to play with......
    Please advise or update here with any feedback or status, please.
