When you run out of moves, do you get that OPTION that I show in the video to WATCH AD, GET FREE SPIN? It should be there?

No I never have. I have written before about it . my sister can watch a video before  every go for extra help also.

no  not every one gets this option. But trust the players that do are the ones winning weekly races. I got a extra spin once every 3 days. My boyfriend after every game.he loses until he wins.  He has lives stacked to the 20 in his mail.

I don't get any either. My sister does and friend too, and they are never stuck on any like me.

What happened to the free moves??? I use to get them, but for over 1 week it just says loading

Hi there! Welcome to the Community!

The Watch A Video, get a Booster or Get Extra-Spin are still there but they are limited these days. 

Is the Watch A Video the only thing in the App that is not loading? If it is the only thing, you'll have to weigh your Options if it is worth Uninstalling & Re-Installing the App because you'll lose Banked Lives and Boosters in the process. If you go this route, make sure you inform Jelly Jenny of what you are about to do and send her the ScreenShots of what you have and ask her if she'll reimburse you with Boosters and Lives lost in the process.
