Can no longer restart levels

over 4,000 levels and all of a sudden I can no longer restart levels with a better board without losing a life. Why the change? I think that will be the end for me. Anyone else got the same issue?

Hi @RRufinho, you are now in the right community.  Yes a few players have mentioned this and I believe that the studio made a change so that you cannot open the game, not like the level, exit and not lose a life.  I don't know why they did it but it has been changed.

I quit playing a year ago because of this.  However I realized recently that my sister still has the option to do this so I reinstalled the game but I still have the same issue.  She is able to restart a level multiple times until the boosters are where she wants them to be. Why has this happened to a select group but not all?

So it is December 2019 and this just happened to me. l am on level 2368 and I quit. My phone recently died and I had to replace it. Even though I log on through Facebook, all my power ups or specials or whatever you call them disappeared and I had to start building a small inventory all over again. That was bad, and now this! I quit.

I’m going to use up my stores of booster and lives and quit because of this. It’s one thing after another.

Same thing here!  I’m at level 5588 and some of these higher levels are so hard you need to be able to reset the board.  This was an issue in the past and CC heard us and changed it back.  Hopefully they’ll do that again, and soon!!!!  CC please change it back for those of us who are loyal players.

I am sorry to know that you all are upset about the feature!  Apparently, the feature we were having till now was kind of a glitch and looks like it was fixed now, hence the commotion!!
