Toothfairy

The toothfairy doesnt seem to unlock level 36. The timer stops at 0 hours 0 minute 0 sekunds. We have been waiting for 7 days now, is it a bug?
I am playing on a desktop version on https://king.com/play/candycrush. What can I do? (My name is hulkpupi if that helps)

Synchronizing it with my facebook account unlocked me till level 70, will post if i get blocked again

Otherwise i was playing for 2 weeks, and have had this issue for 7 days. Unfortunately i cant give you the ID because it doesnt show up in the facebook version.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not able to proceed in your game!! It is a glitch that is affecting few players for some reason!! Thank you for informing that you are playing through King.Com on your laptop, and for how long you are having this issue.... all this info helps a lot

Will it be possible for you to provide your King game user ID? I Have not played through King.com, hence, I am not sure where to look for the User ID! I play through Facebook account but my game is synced with Kingdom account. There are few others that are having same issue but different levels.

The Community Manager has already informed the King Team and they are looking into it. I will update the Manager about your game too on Monday after they come back to work.

Just a thought... In the mean time, would you like to try through Facebook Account? May be you can pass ahead!! Just wondering, I am not sure!!
