Sync broken, have to play one level each chapter

Question

Hi there, 
I had to reset my iPhone, so I created a king.com account to sync my game before resetting my device. My Rank, Gold and progess in contests had been synced but the level sync is somehow messed up.At the moment I have to play one level each chapter. For example I played level 291 and then jump to 306, after completing that I will jump 321. Before resetting my device I was at level 1056. I tried all advices from the FAQs I logged out and in again, I shut my device off.
