Build a bot not working

im at 4460 and the build a bot is no longer working after I complete previous levels. The build a bot is critical when new levels are issued on Wednesday.

After build-a-bot was introduced I thought I was going to give up candy crush, then I got in my groove and built the darn thing. But I was so afraid of losing that I wasted all my boosters. Hmmm, I see your tactic now. It really made me almost buy boosters just to keep it. But I didn’t because well I can’t afford things like that. But now after beating 15 or so levels the thing just stopped working. Man oh man could you all just make up your minds! Fix it or just get rid of it and bring back anything else! I’d even prefer the helmets over this bot thing!

It’s a sad sad day... been a consistent player for years! So now Build a Bot has changed. What’s worse is that it doesn’t even work on new levels. Passed 4304 and it said I had a booster. But the booster wasn’t even there for the next level. Not cool. I was going to give up CC for Lent. But kept going. Because I love to crush. (Gave up real candy instead). Now, I’m just done with it. Done.

This has to be one of the dumbest decisions so far. Why punish players that have stuck with CC for years by taking away our ability to get boosters on older levels and use them to replay older levels? I'll see how this pans out over the next week, but it might be time for me to move on from this game after wrapping up 4490 this week.

sorry for your problem. I understand your statement, Keep telling you, the King is working every second to improve the game. So we're all facing some problems but some different. These are not your game's problems, temporary bad luck. I hope you understand, so take a little patience.hopefully they will solve it soon. have a good day

I agree. Build a Bot helped a lot and yes, it made it fun. Not it's just become frustrating now to be able to play more than the 5 lives when i don't pass a level. Sad to see. I play other games which are more forgiving.

Very disappointed about build-a-bot only being available for new levels. Makes the game close to impossible now and NOT FUN at all. Please REVERSE this awful decision.

I’m the same, build a bot not working on previously played levels. Total
game changer and now a waste of time. If I can’t beat the level without any boosts then the game becomes boring.

Sometimes build-a-bot is the only way I can get through levels, really need to have this put back to the way it was, need to be able to earn it on levels I have played to get through some levels. If I cannot get through this one then I will be stopping playing Candy crush and it's associated games such as soda and jelly, I am sure I can find other games to play.

I am on level 4465, I assumed you were trying to make us wait until other levels were released on other platforms, but it is not reactivated this morning. Seriously, sort it out, stop changing the rules.

I can’t understand why King/Itunes can’t/won't fix the problem with in app purchases. I had numerous “standard” replies from the King experts and nothing works! The ability to purchase extra moves, etc has been down for months. If you can develop games why can’t you fix this! It was working fine for years!
