Hi, I purchased a special achievement package but only received the gold bars. I have emailed support 3 times and can't get a response. Feeling really ripped off. Can anyone please help?

Thanks, but I've done all of that. It still hasn't worked and I'm really frustrated. Can someone please fix this. I feel I've been chrated.

Be sure that you are choosing the proper game (Candy Crush Saga), proper topic (Problems with purchases) and subtopic (Purchased items not received) like in the picture below. Please note that once you fill in this form you will receive an automated email message. I see you wrote 3 times to the support team, but you should know that you have to respond to that message and explain what happened in order for the team to contact you.
