My piggy bank used to hold 60 coins but now it only holds 30.  My Ipad app still goes up to 60 but the app on my PC only goes up to 30.  What's that about?

When the Piggy Bank Gold Bars' offer started in mid 2017, the initial offer was $4.99 for 100 pieces. In April 2018, the offer was changed to $2.99 for 60 pieces. Whether it was $4.99 for 100 or $2.99 for 60, each Gold Bar cost $0.05 (5 cents) a piece back then. In December 2018, the amount of Gold Bars in the Piggy Bank was reduced to 30 but the price remains at $2.99, raising the value to $0.10 (10 cents) a piece.
