I went back 3000 levels after I changed phones

I play with my Facebook account logged on at all times, and when I upgraded my phone and logged onto to my new device I found myself at level 1191. I was at 4317. I’ve been playing since it came out and would hate to lose all my progress please help. My account is Angar Magnai
