Hello, I have won the weekly race for the last 3 weeks, and have not yet received the prizes. Can someone look into this?

Before any change is implemented a randomly chosen group of players is selected to trial the feature, and based upon how the change is viewed king then decide whether the change is one they want to adopt or not. This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this.

Take a little patience, you'll get the event again

Hi @Yurimreis and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 This weekly race started off as letting you know how many levels you cleared in a week and compared it with other players. There was no reward for it at all. Recently the studio has put it through testing where some players are randomly chosen to test it. It's not available for all players yet because it is still in testing. So if you are not receiving a reward then you are not one of the testers.
