Unable to reinstall candy crush on my Lenovo tablet

I have been playing this game on this tablet for years but since accidentally uninstalling it I am unable to reinstall it

I have just tried this link. It told me it is installed. When I click on installed it tells me that there are no eligible devices for app install. This is on the drop down menu which does also show my device but it’s not highlighted so I can’t choose it. I hope this makes sense. This is really frustrating as I had it on there before so can’t understand why I still can’t have it

yes i understand something is wrong there.

for best device performance you need to backup & reset your device.

You can remove data from your Android phone or tablet by resetting it to factory settings. Resetting this way is also called "formatting" or a "hard reset."

Important: A factory reset erases all your data from your device.

1. Open your device's Settings app.
2. Tap System  Advanced  Reset options.

• If you don't see "Advanced," tap Reset options.

1. Tap Erase all data (factory reset)  Reset phone or Reset tablet. If needed, enter your PIN, pattern, or password.
2. To erase all data from your device's internal storage, tap Erase everything.
3. When your device has finished erasing, pick the option to restart.
4. Set up your device and restore your backed-up data.

@julielacey23 As far as I know King games work with Android 4.4 and above. It might be that your OS version is not compatible but it seems like something different is the problem here. Try clearing the Play Store cache, but clear both Google Play Store and Google Play Services and then see what's happening.

I have just cleared both caches and tried reinstalling but still getting the same message : can’t install candy crush saga

@julielacey23 Ok, if you have available OS update it would be good to do it. And also check if your Google Play Store has the last version. It should be 14.2.63
