all of my king accounts are screwed up especially candy crush I can’t get in to link ip to Facebook and I’ve not received any of my rewards and I can’t send or receive lives why is that?

thank you for your reply.
check some troubleshooting here 

1. check your app update from here
2. check your device software update
3.  Clear App Cache. It will help you delete the unnecessary app cache that causes the crash. Go to Settings > Apps/Application manager > Choose the app candy crush friends saga > Tap Clear cache option.

If everything is alright then you need to uninstall app > restart device > re install app > log in

I want to some right answers from you 

1. please check your game is connected, through facebook or Kingdom?
2. your facebook active or deactivated?
3. show me a screenshot of your game problem

This is what keeps popping up I have the right password I’m still connected to Facebook I’ve checked everything but nothing is working I can’t even get into my king account on the game so I’ve not gotten or received lives or any of my rewards

I finally got it to work however it set me back on my level I was on 3053 it put me back to 3045 and it took all of the rewards I did have left and it never gave me the ones I should of gotten so I’m definitely not happy about that
