Prompted for retry after completing a level

Hi there,

Usually after a level is completed the popups will prompt me to proceed to the next level.  However, recently, I am prompted to Retry after a level is completed... Of course when I press retry I lost a live...

Please fix this.  I've already updated to the latest version on iOS.

Hello @Gypsyveg You have inadvertently posted in a thread that is six years old.

This pop-up is what we see when we replay previously passed levels. I don't see what is wrong with the game allowing us to retry the last level played. You have the option to go on to the next level, so what's the issue?

If for some reason the game will not allow you to move forward on to the next unplayed level please post your own question in a new thread in order for someone to answer it for you.

Hi Kelvin! Welcome to King Community!

When the Level is Completed, you go to the usual process of Sugar Crush ➤ Wonderful! Level Completed! ➤ Piggy Bank putting the Stars you've earned inside its hole ➤ Leaderboard Opening Showing How you stand among your friends ➤ A banner like Win Confirmation Opens with Stars, Score, Sugar Drops Collected with Next Button to the bottom right corner that when you click on it ➤ It opens the Game Map with Your Profile Photo Moving Up to the Next Level Ready for you to play.

When you got the Retry Prompt, did you happen to glance above it if it indicated that you failed to complete the level?

Did you happen to have a Screen Shot of this incident? This will be very helpful in figuring out how to help you.

Can you tell me the procedures you've used to update your Candy Crush Saga App to the latest iOS version?
