from level 3309 you can got 2000 color bomb easily. not need play other any level.  you can check, if you reached 3309

Yes its possible, there are some funny level. It is possible from level 3309. You see the picture below, pictures of my game.

I agree with @Sukanta_Biswas - I always use 3309 to get lots of CBs - sometimes I only get 200 or so but sometimes I get over 1000.  I just play it enough times so I am ahead of the competition. Of course I play it as an old level.  If you haven't reached it yet then this advice doesn't help.
