Why am I no longer getting any of my boosters in Candy Crush?

The game has stopped giving me my free boosters whether it be via the daily booster wheel or sugar drops. It shows me the awarded booster, but never goes into my game for me to use it. Please help, I need all the help I can get!

1. open game > click PLAY button > screenshot 1 ( game map)
2. after first screenshot > select any level and click > screenshot 2 ( leader board)
