The solution to these issues is in plain sight but no one seems to pick up on it. We all know that King.com has transitioned to HTML5 (Hypertext Markup Language). It is the language computers use to format and create web pages. This is how web pages are interpreted by the browsers. If the browser that you are using is not fully updated or did not score 450 and above on the HTML5 test, then your issue will linger until you deal with this. The sooner you do it, the less pain it will be.
If you have not checked on your browser's compatibility with HTML5, you will never resolve your issue till the end of 2020 when every online Browsers will be completely transitioned to this platform.
