Candy Crush loading on incorrect level

When I synched my Candy Crush progress to my Facebook account, my profile/Facebook icon loaded and saved onto level 771, however I am currently on level 1428. Whenever I load the Candy Crush app, the progress just loads onto level 771 and I need to scroll all the way up to the level that I am currently on. I have already tried clearing my browser data on both my laptop and phone (both chrome and safari). Please help!

The level 771 which your avatar is on doesn't seem to have stars on it. That could be the reason why you're stuck. Could you try replaying and completing the level and see what happens?

Hi there,

I tried this and it automatically updated. I then tried loading the Candy Crush app and nothing has changed. I have attached photos showing what I mean. My Facebook progress is still saved on Level 771, when on the Candy crush app, I am actually on Level 1428. Also, on the second picture you can see that the pink home navigation button on the bottom is pointing downwards which would bring me back to Level 771. I appreciate all your help!

You might have a pink home navigation button and by pressing that you will jump right to your current level and avoid scrolling.
