How can I stop these horrible gameroom popup ads from interrupting my play and causing me to lose lives? This has begun happening several times a day and is infuriating, especially when I have invested boosters and am on the verge of winning a game. If it keeps on I will stop playing and regretfully dump Candy Crush, after more than 5 years of fun. (sad face)

Hi there! Welcome to the Community!

Normally, the Purple Play Button, "Watch A Video, Get A Booster" to the right of the Regular Fuschia Pink Play Button, only appears on Mobile Devices like iPhone before you Hit Play. You can choose between these 2 Play Buttons. The Ad does not appear unless you Opted to Tap the Purple Play Button. If you accidentally Tap that button, you can still cancel the Ad by hitting the X or Exit Button. When you run out of moves, you are given a Second Chance to "Watch A Video, get a Free Spin" where you'll have a chance of landing on normal boosters or 5 or 15-Extra Moves on the Wheel but you have to let the Ad finish. The last Ad only appears after you beat or lose the Level towards the end. You can either SKIP IT or WATCH IT. It is your choice. 

There was never an Ad in between where the game is ongoing whether it is on Facebook Page, on Windows 10 or on Mobile App like iPhone so I don't understand why you said the Ad interrupted your game. However, if this happens again in your game, please take a ScreenShot and post it here so we can report it to the Game Developer.

Thank you for your response. These are not the"watch an ad, get a booster" ads. These are from Gameroom which is apparently  part of facebook and features hundreds of casino games, puzzle games, etc. They will appear suddenly on my screen during a  game of Candy Crush and there is no way to get rid of them without logging out of the game.
